xt3 Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the terms governing use of the xt3 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of the services provided. Using the platform means you agree to all terms stated herein.
Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility
By accessing, registering for, or using the xt3 platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to discontinue use of the platform.
To register and use xt3's services, you must meet the following requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age, or the minimum age required by your local laws, whichever is higher.
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement.
- Not be located in a region or jurisdiction where online gambling is fully prohibited by law.
- Register only one personal account in your own name. Multiple account registrations for a single individual are strictly prohibited.
Xt3 reserves the right to request proof of identity at any time to verify user eligibility. Accounts that cannot be verified may be suspended or closed at our discretion.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Registration & Account Information
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false or misleading information at registration or at any stage of platform use may result in immediate account termination without prior notice and without refund of any outstanding balance.
Password Security Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. xt3 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact our support team immediately.
Account Activity Responsibility
All activity that takes place within your account — including betting, deposits, withdrawals, and communications — is your sole responsibility, unless it can be demonstrated that unauthorised access occurred and was reported within a reasonable timeframe. xt3 is not liable for any losses arising from a user's failure to safeguard their account.
Payments, Deposits & Transactions in Malaysian Ringgit
All financial transactions on the xt3 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds are legally sourced and belong to them.
Deposit
Deposits can be made via payment methods supported by the platform, including FPX and available e-wallets. All deposits are final once confirmed by the system and cannot be unilaterally reversed by the user. xt3 reserves the right to decline or freeze any deposit suspected of involving fraud or questionable sources of funds.
Withdrawal
Withdrawals are subject to identity verification, which may be required before approval is granted. Processing times vary depending on the selected method and may take between 1 to 24 business hours. xt3 reserves the right to delay any withdrawal for security review or compliance purposes.
Bonus Terms
Any bonus or promotion received is subject to rollover requirements and additional terms stated separately at the time the offer is made. Users are responsible for reading and understanding those terms before accepting any bonus. xt3 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings if bonus terms are breached.
Platform Usage Rules & Prohibited Conduct
Users are prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities while using the xt3 platform:
- Using automated software, bots, or any technological tools to access, exploit, or manipulate the platform's systems.
- Colluding with other users to manipulate game outcomes or exploit system vulnerabilities (collusion).
- Depositing and withdrawing funds without a legitimate gaming purpose (money laundering).
- Providing false information to the support team or during the identity verification process.
- Using another person's account or allowing others to use your account.
- Distributing offensive, inappropriate, or harmful content through the platform's communication channels.
Violating any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, forfeiture of any unclaimed balances and winnings, and legal action where the conduct involves criminal fraud.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
Xt3 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform — including service interruptions, data loss, or financial losses resulting from betting outcomes. The platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties regarding continuous availability or the absence of errors.
Intellectual Property
All content on the xt3 platform — including the brand name, logo, interface design, text, graphics, and source code — is the exclusive property of xt3 or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
Third-Party Links
The platform may contain links to third-party websites or services for user convenience. xt3 has no control over the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party sites and accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage arising from the use of such links. Users access third-party links entirely at their own risk.
Account Closure & Suspension
Xt3 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time without prior notice if fraud is suspected, terms have been violated, or for platform security reasons. In cases of closure not involving fraud, any valid balance will be returned to the user upon completion of the verification process. Account closure decisions relating to fraud or misconduct are final.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Right to Amend Terms
Xt3 reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend any part of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. Users are responsible for reviewing this page periodically to ensure they remain in compliance with the latest version of the terms. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are interpreted and governed by the applicable laws of the relevant jurisdiction. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the xt3 platform will be resolved through the designated channels, and users agree to submit to the specified jurisdiction for the resolution of any such disputes.
Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be deemed severed while all remaining provisions continue in full force and effect. xt3's failure to enforce any right under these terms shall not be construed as a waiver of that right.
